Let's celebrate the first month of fall together!  September is almost over, so we must receive its gifts with open arms while it's still here.  The misty and muggy days of this month are as beautiful if not more so, than the summer days of August.  Let's enjoy them.  I spend my fall months pinning on pinterest collecting stickers, and chatting on facebook, with friends.  I even go outside for a walk in the foggy afternoon, sometimes.  It's a great feeling when the heat of summer begins to trickle away.  I was born in the fall so I truly love it.  

Ancestors 

The dark, early evening twilights are the best time of day in fall, I believe.  It's when the vampires begin to stir and the monsters begin to creep about in graveyards.  I look forward more and more to Halloween because it is about celebrating those who are no longer with us.  We can reach towards them with appreciation, for those we knew and for guidance and inspiration for ancestors we never met.  Many traditions recommend burning a bonfire in their memory or to honor their spirits.

  

October

As September nears its end and October begins to get closer, we see a lot of things to buy that are tempting.  It's hard to resist those items and tell ourselves that they're unnecessary, but they are.  It's important to use what you have to celebrate, and enjoy the season.  Candy is expensive, and so are costumes.  I prefer to wear a halloween shirt, and a cheap headband with horns as a costume, or something to that effect.  As much as I would like to buy all of the pumpkin-flavored items on sale now, I have to be able to afford real groceries.  I watch Halloween shopping hauls on Jade the Libra's Youtube channel, though, and it tempts me every time.

Mercury in Scorpio

On October 13, 2024  Mercury enters Scorpio.  This makes people become more likely to keep secrets and contrarily wise try to investigate things in the background.  They may become more intuitive and question things more.  Also people may become more energetic in terms of how they talk, and be more charismatic.  Looks like Scorpio is in this coming month.  As it should be! ^.^;
